About The Commons
The Commons is a modern-industrial style coworking and event space in Ramsay, which adjoins Inglewood and is a stone’s throw from downtown. It was the first coworking initiative in Calgary back in 2009 and is located in the heart of a rare vintage building – rich with character and neighbouring several avant-garde enterprises. With several meeting spaces and over 5000 sq. ft of event space, The Commons is the perfect environment to work & meet during the day and connect & revel in the evening. Their focus remains steady on providing a vibrant work and social environment, networking opportunities, and both quiet and collaborative spaces for like-minded coworkers to strive within their craft.
Our Partnership
We wanted to partner with Pink Pearl Canada because the purpose of their organization aligns with our values. The goal of these retreats is to create a networking and support system for young women across Canada who are facing cancer, and we wanted them to feel like The Commons is a safe space for them to do so. Additionally, Pink Pearl hosts these retreats for free, so there is no cost for the women participating in the retreats.
