Melaina Gasbarrino

While Elise, her sister, was navigating her own cancer diagnosis, Melaina was on the sidelines supporting her anyway she could. Now, all those years later, Melaina oversees the programs and marketing for the organization and truly has a passion in developing meaningful programs for young women facing cancer. With a background in program and strategic development, teaching and mindfulness, she combines her creative, empathetic nature to foster community, support and awareness.
She oversees the development and implementation of impactful programs that address the emotional, social, and psychological challenges experienced by young women navigating their cancer journey. Additionally, Melaina leads the organizations communication strategy, ensuring Pink Pearl’s mission is amplified through inspiring storytelling, partnerships and through our digital footprint.
Guided by a love for living with ease, she founded SALT to TREE—a wellness company where letting go and expanding becomes second nature to her clients. Through the gentle flow of yoga, the resonant nature of sound baths, and the practices of somatic healing, she offers a space of deep support and renewal.
